    Scapes Inc.'s maintenance fees are developed after careful examination of material and labor costs associated with performing a comprehensive landscape management plan for your property.

    Our Fees can be broken down for you. You may choose how you wish to be billed, individual bills for different services or a combined monthly charge that contains our full range of maintenance services.

          Our maintenance division offers three packages of service to choose from; Basic, Custom and Premium.   All of the programs can be tailored to meet your needs.

  1.      Our "Basic program" included the essentials of landscape maintenance.  This plan is usually adopted by homeowners that like to do some yard work on their own but would rather not waste a lot of their recreation time over the weekend doing the weekly maintenance that must get done. All services are priced and billed individually. These services include:

·         Spring Cleanup

·         Weekly Services

·         Fall Cleanup

2.      The "Custom Program" offers our clients everything that the "Basic Program" and more.  It is by far our most popular landscape maintenance program. This plan includes a wider range of extra services in all aspects of maintenance work that we perform.  All services can be priced and billed individually or with our combined billing program.    This plan is popular with our clients that require turf fertilization. It provides an alternative to doing it themselves or dealing with another company that specializes in turf treatment only.  Since we will be at your property every week providing other services, we will be quicker to respond to turf problems and deal with them accordingly. The services included in this package are:

·         Spring Cleanup

·         Weekly Services

·         Monthly Services

·         Fall Cleanup

·         Turf Fertilization

  3.      Our "Premium Landscape Maintenance Program" is an all inclusive contract that provides complete landscape services to clients that want the best landscape services available.
